The Wow Signal: The Signet Ring Decree

The Wow! Signal was a strong radio transmission detected on August 15, 1977, by Ohio State University’s Big Ear Radio Telescope in the United States. The signal appeared to come from the direction of the constellation Sagittarius and bore the hallmarks of an origin not from our world.

Interestingly, Columbus comes from the Latin root word columba, meaning dove, and Ohio means good river. This narrow signal—like the narrow road—is a revelation sent to the few who have ears to hear.

On the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, Kislev (Haggai 2:10–23), the word of the Lord comes not merely to instruct but to issue a verdict from His throne. The significance of this day was revealed by the Lord on 9/24, with its full manifestation aligning with 12/14—Hanukkah—in the year 2025, the appointed time of the signet ring bearer.

Here the focus shifts from unveiling conflict to declaring authority. On this day, God moves from speaking of holiness to proclaiming a judicial decree:

“I am about to shake the heavens and the earth.
I will overturn royal thrones and shatter the power of the foreign kingdoms.”
— Haggai 2:21–22

Zerubbabel is then established as God’s “signet ring”—a visible transfer of royal authority and divine commissioning. Kislev 24 marks the pronouncement of judgment—the shaking of heaven and earth—and the activation of God’s chosen leadership. For 2025, this aligns with December 14, the first day of Hanukkah, the Feast of Dedication, when God’s decree will bear visible fruit through His anointed signet ring.

From the date and time of the Wow! Signal discovery on 8/15/1977 at 10:16 PM to Kislev 24 (12/14/2025) is 48 years and 4 months.

Strong’s Greek 1016 means oxAleph—the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet—represents an ox, strength, and leadership. Aleph therefore stands preeminent in order and alludes to the ineffable mystery of God’s oneness. Indeed, the word aluph(derived from aleph) means “master” or “lord,” pointing directly to God—Jesus Christ. Amen.

The number 48 stands as a master key in the prophetic narrative the Lord has shown me in countless ways. It symbolizes divine transition and refuge. It first appears in the 48 Levitical cities (Numbers 35:7)—six of which were Cities of Refuge, places of safety for those fleeing judgment under the High Priest’s protection (Hebrews 6:18). These cities were not merely physical but spiritual, pointing to Christ as our ultimate refuge—to whom we must run, forsaking the chariots of human strength for the humble walk of dependence.

In late June 2025, while napping atop a mountain at 4,000 feet during a long road trip home, the Lord gave me a vivid dream—a prophetic message for the firstfruits Bride in this critical hour. As my wife drove along Interstate 40 West, I saw a door blocked by a rusted bicycle—a symbol of old burdens and broken cycles blocking my path. My Father—representing God—asked why it was there, then raised His right hand and lifted the bike away, clearing the way forward:

“Why is this here?” He asked, and with His right hand raised over His head, He lifted the bike and cleared the way.

I knew instantly this was a revelation of God’s power to remove obstacles—a call to leave the wilderness of self-effort and Babylon, and step into a season of promise and joy in New Jerusalem.

From the date of this dream to August 4, 2025—the day after Tisha B’Av, the fast commemorating the destruction of the Temple—lies a hidden message. Zechariah 8:19 promises:

“The fasts of the fourth, fifth, seventh, and tenth months will become joyful and glad occasions and happy festivals for Judah.”

This is divine reversal—mourning flipped to joy as the temple is rebuilt and rededicated to Him.

The ninth of Av marks destruction, loss, and mourning—but the day after marks turning, restoration, and joy. Likewise, August 4, 2025, stands as a signpost for all chosen vessels of the firstfruits company—a spiritual “top-off station,” a divine charge to press into the final days. This is not for the world at large but for the hidden remnant who watch and wait.

This rededication of the temple—first in Jerusalem and now spiritually within the hearts of the Bride—is central to God’s plan of restoration. Hanukkah, the Feast of Dedication, is not merely a memorial of past cleansing but a prophetic mirror of present renewal. Just as the temple’s altar was rekindled with holy fire after defilement, so too must the inner altar of every believer be purified and lit anew. Before the visible shaking, God rededicates His spiritual house.

This pattern of divine reflection appears again in heavenly palindromes such as 484, 535, and 626—where God encodes His most powerful messages for His signet ring bearers.

From the April 8, 2024 solar eclipse to August 4, 2025, the timeline locks open: dalet (4) means “door,” and chet (8) means “new beginning.” The 484-day span from 4/8/2024 to 8/4/2025 is no coincidence.

The first red heifer—or ox—was burned by Eleazar, whose name means “God has helped.” The Spirit highlighted this when counting from the “X eclipse” of judgment on 4/8/24 to 8/4/25—exactly 484 days, echoing Strong’s 484, which also means help.

It is no accident that America, like a modern Babylon, is marked by this “X eclipse”—a sign of judgment that is also redeemed by the Helper’s number, 484, as the Bride is helped on her wilderness journey.

Just as Eleazar stood outside the camp, the Holy Spirit—our Helper (John 14:16)—sanctifies us in the wilderness, preparing the Gentile Bride outside the earthly temple for the final ascent. Eleazar’s role whispers a powerful shadow: he performed the cleansing for those defiled or on a distant journey—the same provision Second Passover offers. He embodies the Spirit’s help for the Gentile firstfruits—a people once far off, now drawn near and kept clean until the appointed gathering and rescue at the rapture in the middle of the week.

On December 14, 2025—the first day of Hanukkah, the Feast of Dedication—the seal of the King will be impressed upon the record of history. The decree of shaking and commissioning will be completed in the Spirit. The heavenly court will conclude its session, and the messenger of execution will be sent forth:

“Then the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth; and there followed peals of thunder and sounds and flashes of lightning and an earthquake.”
— Revelation 8:5

This act—the hurling of the censer—marks the shift from a sealed verdict in Heaven to its unfolding upon the earth. The fire of divine justice is now released, moving toward its appointed work.

Forty-eight years and four months from when the Lord sent out His Wow! signal and it was received by our observatory, 3I Atlas—the interstellar messenger making its closest approach to Earth—will draw near. In ancient times, the signet ring sealed the royal decree, and the emissary went forth before the King’s appearing to prepare the way. So it shall be again: the heavens will bear witness before His unveiling. For His chosen, this will be a true “Wow!” moment—a sign that the decree has gone forth, and the King is on His way.

The Bible often uses language that carries this same sense of awe: They were amazed. They were filled with awe. They were astonished. Fear fell upon them all.

The birth of Christ, His resurrection, the rapture, His second coming, and the unveiling of New Jerusalem—with its streets of gold and the glory of God as its light—are all “Wow!” moments we long for.

The message is clear.
The revelation is received.
Christ is on His way—in glory.

Hallelujah!

3I Atlas and New Jerusalem

In the ancient Temple, the Altar of Incense stood just before the veil that led to the Holy of Holies. There, coals from the altar were placed in a golden censer, and incense—the prayers of the saints—was burned upon it. The sweet smoke rose before God, representing communion between Heaven and earth. When that altar was defiled, worship was broken; but when it was cleansed and rededicated, divine order was restored.

This same pattern is now being replayed on a heavenly scale. The systems of this world—what Scripture calls Babylon—have corrupted true worship. For generations, the prayers of the saints have risen like incense before the heavenly altar. The silence of the Seventh Seal was broken as the angel approached this altar, took the censer, filled it with fire, and hurled it to the earth. This act—described in Revelation 8:5—is the moment when the prayers of the saints were transformed into the fire of God’s purification, released to begin cleansing the spiritual landscape.

The interstellar object 3I Atlas, passing closest to Earth around December 19, became the cosmic confirmation. It was the visible herald of the hurled censer—a celestial scout proclaiming that the government of New Jerusalem was being established. This Hanukkah thus marked the dedication of a living temple: a firstfruits company commissioned as royal priests. They were given the authority of the signet ring, and herein lies the deepest mystery of their calling.

The signet ring is worn on the hand, and Jesus declared that His followers are held securely in His hand, which is itself in the Father’s hand. This is not merely a promise of security, but the ultimate revelation of authority. To be commissioned as a signet ring is to be placed upon that hand—authorized to execute the King’s will as His designated instrument of governance.

The censer has been hurled. The herald has appeared. The signet ring company now stands commissioned—not to escape the coming turmoil, but to administer the King’s decrees within it.

In early July of last year, the Lord gave my daughter a prophetic dream, which she later shared with me. She saw an image of a huge square object in space with the words “source code” written within it, and an emerald dot positioned outside of it. I now understand this greenish object to be the herald—the censer—manifested in our world as 3I Atlas, making its way here before the eventual arrival of New Jerusalem. For the first time publicly, I am sharing the picture she drew here.

Amen.
